Event Information

For the first time, four generations make up the U.S. workforce: Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. Being a young professional in the middle of the generational shift can be challenging. From communication styles to attire and tech use, generational differences pepper our workplaces. Our panel of YPs will discuss their tactics and strategies for navigating the multi-generational workplace without creating too many unintended waves.
