The Lark Street BID presents the Annual Halloween Party at the Washington Park Lakehouse. Join hundreds of guests at the Capital Region's spookiest Halloween Party, with a live DJ, complimentary craft beer and Nine Pin Cider, a photo booth, and prizes for the best costumes!
