Every fall, people from around the Northeast dust off their lederhosen and dirndls to attend the biggest Oktoberfest beer festival & block party in Albany, NY! Outside the red garage door of Wolff's Biergarten in Albany, the stretch of Broadway from N Ferry Street to Thatcher Street is shut down to accommodate space for all things Oktoberfest!
Food trucks line the street and there are events for all ages. From the Oktoberfest 5k at 10:15 am to the Mayoral Keg Tap, Dachshund Races, Keg Bowling, boot chug & more! There’s sure to be an event that peaks your interest. For those who are 21+ you get to enjoy some of the finest German beer out of a commemorative 1.0 L stein – specially designed each year!
