Mark Your Calendars! Historic Bridges of the Hudson Valley (HBHV) presents the Hudson River Skywalk Arts Festival at the Rip Van Winkle Bridge!
Celebrate the art of the Hudson Valley and the Hudson River Skywalk pedestrian crossing.
Come to the park next to the Rip Van Winkle Bridge’s toll plaza in Catskill to view and buy artwork, observe plein air painters along the Skywalk, participate in hands-on art lessons, and hear live music, all in a beautiful setting overlooking the Hudson. This event is a short walk from the Thomas Cole National Historic Site and a short drive from Olana State Historic Site. Both sites will be holding special free events that day, offering the opportunity for an art-filled day.
Please note that entrance to the festival is free. If driving to the festival, please approach parking lot from Route 23 east, heading from Catskill toward Hudson. Enter through Toll Lane 1 (the right lane) and notify attendant that you are parking for the Arts Festival.
